If you are planning a function or just need a room to hold a meeting, The King Tom Club has two separate function rooms to meet your needs.

Please call King Tom Club for all Function Booking Information and for all conditions and costs associated with the hire of our function rooms. 

Food and Beverages

We do not permit any outside Food or Beverages to be brought onto the premises. 

All food and beverages purchased for consumption within the Club are not to be removed from the Club. 

Our functions are catered for exclusively by our restaurant.

Function Rooms Available

Function Room 2

This private Function Room has its own bar facilities and is located on the ground floor level.  Its privacy is ideal for Birthdays, Christenings, Communions and Confirmations as well as Engagements.

Maximum capacity: 110 guests. Floor plan available on request

Auditorium

Located on the lower ground floor, the Auditorium is a spacious function area which has its own full bar facilities, stage and dance floor. This room can be used for an endless range of functions and events and is ideal for weddings, engagements and large social gatherings.  

Maximum capacity: 320 - 400 guests. Varying floor plans available on request
